The 8DNA System includes a range of customisable pre-employment programs that firstly identifies the clients needs (skills gap+career aspirations) through to development of programs in addressing the skills gap to gain employment.
These potential gaps could include broad functional areas such as communication, teamwork, problem solving, planning, showing initiative and interview techniques, through to more technical areas such as workplace health and safety, project management and compliance.

Our 8DNA System generates customised pre-employment programs to help students gain employment outcomes with a focus on long-term career development. This system ensures the skills, knowledge and course content relate to a specific qualification which we know employers and industry bodies consider important.
We therefore ensure participants are well prepared for effective and productive transition into the workplace.

Through our close affiliations with Job Search Agencies and Industry employers, 8DNA provides the pre-employment training that provides participants excellent prospects to secure sustainable employment.
